If the booking is cancelled, 1 week prior or closer to the booking start date, then HuntingHQ will keep the payment until 24 hours before the booking start date, which the payment will then go through to the Farmer’s account. The HuntingHQ service’s fee will be taken from this payment.

If the booking is cancelled, between 1 week to 2 weeks prior to the booking start date, then change the ‘Payment Status’ to ‘AWAITING50’. HuntingHQ will pay the Farmer 50% of the payment – HuntingHQ’s services fee and the Hunter will be refunded the other 50%. The ‘Payment Status’ will then change to ‘REFUNDED50’ upon payment completion. The payment transfer period from HuntingHQ’s account to the Hunter’s account will take from 5-10 days to transfer.

If the booking is cancelled, more than 2 weeks prior to the booking start date, then change the ‘Payment Status’ to ‘AWAITING100’. HuntingHQ will pay the Hunter a refund of 100%. The payment transfer period from HuntingHQ’s account to the Hunter’s account will take from 5-10 days to transfer.

Invite your hunting mates to your booking here so that their profile will be included within the booking and the Listing Owner can view every hunter attending the trip.
